How do I apply?

You can apply by downloading our Rental Application, and then dropping it off at our location at 1115 E Central Texas Expy. Killeen, TX 7654, during our normal business hours, Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM.

I'm a property owner, how can I contact you?

Property owners may contact us through phone or email to discuss management details!

Is there a rental application fee?

There is a $50 non-refundable rental application fee.

Where do you have properties available?

We have properties available for rent in Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Temple, and Belton.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets! Each property has its own pet policy, dependent on a variety of factors.
