Let’s get started! Check out our rental list online or in the office. Do you see something you like? GREAT!

• All you need to do is check out a key and view the property. We do ask that you leave a key deposit such as valid drivers license, current ID card or $20. We will return it back to you when you return the key back.
• Next we start the application process.
• Once you fill out the application we do a background check, rental verification and credit report.
• We do require a $50 application fee.
• Once approved, we will make an appointment for you to sign your lease.

If you are currently renting and your lease is about to end we will send you a lease renewal. If you are planning on moving, we ask that you come into the office and fill out a notice to vacate form. If necessary please bring any supporting documents needed such as military orders, ect.

At this time we will provide you with move-out instructions and a list of approved house cleaning and carpet cleaning companies. Remember, utilities need to remain on for five full business days after key turn in.
